Ex-Sensei: Jin Hasegi and Minkio Hyuga
Ex-Teammates: Jûno Hasegi, Kaze Jinsei, Lyra Rikka, and Heiji Akito

He wears the coat open at the middle, with a visible Black zipped up shirt underneath. The coat has four navy squares on the back it's rays shooting out in various directions. He wears navy blue cargo pants, with pockets that contain various items, (Kunai, shuriken, smoke bombs, soldier pills, etc.). Shingen wears wooden japanese style sandals, with and olive skin tone. He also has a very acute sense of smell and eye sight. His face has angular and sharp features, but maintains serious and unwavering misdameaner. Carries a Wakazashi at his waist and a katana on his back.
History: Shingen was a lonely fellow, doomed to walk the world endless times over. His mother was a prostegious jounin from mist and his father was the Mizukage of the village, as such he was treated with respect for the first months of his life. When the village started blaming those with bloodlines for the hard times of the country Shingen's mother knew they would not be safe, for when the Mizukage found out about his wifes heritage he immediately tried to kill his new born son. To the Mizukage's surprise Shingen's mother killed him, right as the Mizukage was about to kill Shingen, she had killed the Mizukage and to prevent this from happening again she used a secret ninja art to transfer all of the Mizukage's chakra to Shingen. Knowing what she had done she fled the Mist village with her son and jounin daughter, Shishio, but they did not get far as hunter nins killed her. Shingen was saved however by his older sister, and the two hid for many years.
When Shingen was old enough and after the village had cooled down, he signed up for the ninja academy of mist. He was the number one rookie of mist, and was assigned genin rank at the age of nine. He was put on a team consisting of himself, Kaze Jinsei(a long time friend) and Jûno Hasegi under her father Jin Hasegi. This team was pretty advanced for they're age and was soon to be a team of chunin. Jûno was the only girl in the group and for a long time she had strong feelings towards Kaze and Shingen, she wasn't sure which one to show her affection towards. Both of the boys had strong feelings toward her and almost destroyed there friendship over it.
They hit tragedy soon after they were chunin when Jûno's father and there sensei was killed by konoha nin, in his last dying words he gave Shingen his legendary katana 'Noen'. During that time konoha and mist were at a sort of secret war with one another. In the middle of all this Jûno chose to live out her days with Shingen, the two were never actually married but lived together for a long time.
When they were sixteen or seventeen Shingen was surprised when Jûno had given birth to their daughter Tomoe, the three lived hapily for many years until Tomoe was three. A tragedy struck their family when Jûno was killed by Konoha ninja, leading Shingen to have Tomoe stay with her Aunt for the rest of her days while Shingen layed his lover to rest, putting his Katana Noen over her grave. After that he went on a killing spree, the target was Konoha ninja.
Mist saw great potential in Shingen and assigned him the rank of Jounin, aswell as making him incharge of there recent fueds with the land of snow. Shingen killed many Snow country ninja and was given the nickname 'The Demon of the Bloody snow'. Kaze, who also accompanied Shingen was there aswell, he and Shingen had gone they're seperate ways along time ago, they're friendship ruined by the lose of Jûno.
After Shingen returned from the Snow Country he found that Konoha ninja had destroyed a portion of the mist village, the newly appointed Mizukage sent Shingen to do the same to them. He was ambushed by ANBU blackops and was left unconcious by a fatal jutsu. Somehow he survived, thriving on a slim margin between life and death.
Once awakened, he was found by Konoha ANBU. His features were immediately recognized, the "Demon of the bloody Snow". He was subject to extreme amnesia, not remembering anything of his past. He lost knowledge of all his abilities, Jutsus, and even himself. The ANBU were clearly confused, and decided to take him as a temporary prisoner for interrogation. Upon various tests, he knew nothing, and Konoha decided to grant him a new life in the village. A close eye was kept on him, but he was verified as clear. In order for him to have a peacful life the blackops also used a jutsu to alter Shingen's appearance making him appear younger, and changed his personality aswell.
He enrolled in the Konoha academy and was assigned to a team led by Minkio Hyuga, and his teammates Lyra Rikka and Heiji Akito. For a long time Takeda(as he came to be known) had a peacful life, but couldn't help notice that his lost memory was like taking a chunk of his very soul away. Eventually he regained his lost memory, once that happened the kind hearted Takeda vanished and was replaced by the cold hearted Shingen.
Upon regaining his memory Shingen left Konoha and stopped at the Water country to take his old Katana back, and to pay his respects to Jûno. He now travels around with a mysterious goal in mind, to bring back Jûno from the grave and restore his family to what it once was. Can Shingen manage to attain his actually kind hearted goals, without resorting to his cold hearted tactics?
After he traveled alot, Takeda met an old spirit some ancient clan and he was given the powers of the clan, which included many mystical abilities that were very similar to the Ikibuke clan but not quite, they seemed much more powerful then theirs. Now he hopes to use these powers for his own gain.
Personality: Takeda has a coldhearted and almost uncaring attitude, which is to be expected by the horrors and trecheries of his younger childhood life style. He has a caring inner attitude which he showed only to Jûno, Kaze, and Tomoe, and in a few rare occasions.
Kekkai Genkai: Haku's Clan
This unnamed Ice Style ability is the blood inheritance limit of the Clan Haku hailed from in the Water Country. This unique Ice style is formed through Haku's simultaneous usage of the Water and Wind elemental styles.Haku's powers allow him to take water and freeze it into various forms of ice. Such an ability allows him to turn ice into senbon or into mirrors.
Jutsu Nature: Wind, Water, and Ice
KNOWN JUTSUS(Just an overview)
Body Flicker Technique
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the reflexes of the user. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Ice wall protection technique
Invented by Takeda to block ninjutsu attacks, with the use of his kekkei genkai he can turn a source of water into a wall of ice, without the need of hand seals. This technique is not effective against fire jutsus, or powerful jutsus with the strength to break it.
Hiding Mist Technique
This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.
Water Clone Technique
This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.
Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique
Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a dragon and sends it toward a target.
Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet
Takeda takes a deep breath and shoots a large ball of compressed air and chakra at an opponent, causing an enormous conflagration if it hits.
Wind Release: Great Breakthrough
This jutsu sends out a powerful explosion of wind from the user's location, and can easily level anything in its path. A variation of this technique involves a smaller blast of wind that gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
Summoning Technique- Birds
The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to bind an animal to the user. Alternatively, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result. The type of animal is determined by the contract. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once bound, the animal can be summoned to perform a task or help the user in battle.
Water Release: Water Encampment Wall
This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Takeda is able to perform this without a water source by spitting the water from his mouth.
Tornado of Water Technique
A Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Sword of Draining/Ice Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. Takeda has taken this jutsu and with his kekkei genkai, he is able to freeze the sword, making it more powerful.
Dragon Tornado
Ninjutsu technique used by Takeda. One of his few wind based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his speed. Drawing his chakra together, Takeda will raise into the air and draw a tornado down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around his form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the wind can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.
Ice Prison Technique
This jutsu creates pillars of ice crystals that home in on an opponent and trap them in ice. Unlike the Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively as a wall of ice.
Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale
This jutsu fashions a massive narwhal from surrounding ice that jumps up and falls back down on the opponent. Though made entirely from inanimate ice, the beast releases a loud echoing moan as it rises.
Ice Release: Essence of Ice Jutsu
This is a personal technique known in the Takeda family, the user completely turns their body composition into Ice for a limited time. If the Ice breaks it can easily reform itself into its original form and then can be undone leaving the user completely unharmed, pretty much one of the Takeda families most powerful techniques.
Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger
This jutsu creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Because it's so cold, it can freeze nearby water while attacking its target. It resembles an ice version of Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique.
Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm
This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.
Water Release: Exploding Water Shock wave
Using this jutsu, the user can spit a massive amount of water from their mouth. Takeda is able to cover a significant portion of solid land into liquid water allowing him to use his water jutsus in an area that originally had no water.
Weapon: Kunai, Shuriken, Smoke bombs, Soldier pills, senbon needles, summoning scrolls, a Wakazashi and his Katana 'Noen'.
Katzuka Noen, the Unlucky sword- Wielder Takeda
This Katana is one of the twenty-one legendary blades and was given the name, 'Noen'. It was forged by one of the Katzuka clan, similar to that of Kenji Osamu's Daito. Although the two were crafted by the same people, the blades were seperated. This Katana has been known to be pretty unlucky, the first known owner had a gambling addiction and the very possession of this sword made him lose millions. He tricked a drunk ninja from the hidden village of mist to take it, that man was Jin Hasegi. When Jin woke up the next morning he found that the sword was beside his bed, and in his bed was a woman.....a stroke of luck? Unfortunately No. This woman became pregnant with a child the very next week, and the two fought constantly. After the child, Jûno Hasegi, was born the woman had thoughts of leaving Jin to raise the child by himself. And when Jûno was five years old she put that decision into action, making Jin look after a child he didn't want in the first place. After many years he had lost nearly all respect as a Jounin, but in order to redeam himself he was put in charge of a team of genin. The students were Kaze Jinsei, Takeda Shingen, and Jûno Hasegi his daughter. The group went on many missions together, but one mission proved to much for Jin. With his last dying words he gave the Katana to Takeda, the number one rookie from mist. Over the years that Takeda had it he and Jûno had fallen in love, but the sword's cursed luck struck again as she was killed in battle also. The sword was then put over Jûno's grave in the mist village, as a sign of his eternal affection for her. When Takeda got amnesia he forgot all about the blade, aswell as everything else. When he finally did regain his memory he returned to mist, and went back to Jûno's grave to say a last prayer and took the Katana with him. This Katana is similar to the Daito but has some notable differences, this sword creates a second layer of chakra around the blade. The metal sword can be blocked but if the right amount of chakra is used, this sword can cut through just about anything. The chakra and the blade are not completely attached due to a flaw in the design, so the blade makes two seperate but simultanious attacks, the blade itself...and the Chakra second. Although it is seconded to Kenji's blade in it's untouchable nature...the Noen's Chakra is still quite powerful. The downside of this blade is that it chooses its weilder, if someone else tries to take it then it will absorb all of that persons chakra leaving them powerless for years to come
