Located where the red circle is: It's nestled in a neutral territory near Konoha and it's Allies. It's a large craig that used to be filled with water. Down below are a series of caves which are opened by a secret handsign. Inside is an underground network where the ANBU Secret Intelligence Squad meets.

The travel down the large, empty canyon left a few scratches on Kaeda Aya's arms. As expected the canyon was well protected and a truely hard climb to make. Reaching the bottom, Kaeda performed the handsign, instantly a green aura appeared around a square of rock. The highlighted rock indented into the stone and parted aside creating a doorway. Inside eerie colored lights flickered on the walls lighting the way to the center base.
Kaeda made her way through the dim tunnels. At last she reached the center. A small waterfall trickled into a pit, two corridoors opened on opposite sides; one was the bunk area for the women and the other for the men for any over night stay. Other enterances included the planning room, interogattion and torture room, medical room, and and eating area.
Today Kaeda chose the pathway for the womens corridoor. She reached her designated bed and dropped her bag off. Like in the mens rooms, the womens room included a bathhouse and a lounge as well as the sleeping area.
After she dropped off her supplies Kaeda went off the the eating area to get something to eat.
(Just a post to further go into detail on the looks of the base)

[[Got bored. As per usual, should I have done something wrong, just delete this post.]]
Medbay was usually empty around this time of day, all except for the lone medic, slouched in a chair and throwing senbon at the occasional fly. She had currently pinned two of the little blights, and just as the third one was pierced by a needle, she was struck by a sudden idea. This was really an entirely stupid and colossal waste of time. Go figure. She uttered a little groan and leaned back in her seat, the stark white walls darkened by the perpetual shadows in the cave.
It bothered her. She knew with her head that the room was sterile, spotless. But the shadows that these low walls and dim lights threw made it feel grungy, filthy even. And it made her loathe to heal, to operate here. With a grumble, she rose to her feet, tugging her needles free of the wall and wiping off the fly guts smeared across their spotless surface.
This room was driving her mad with boredom. Figuring that if someone needed medical attention, they would just have to wait, she slipped out of her lifeless domain. The twisting corridors awaited her, and the medic smiled humorlessly. Her feet carried her subconsciously towards Mess Hall, ducking away from stalactites every now and then.
Despite it being a cavern, Ameko had to say she liked headquarters. Unlike Rain ANBU H.Q., this place was almost luxurious, with enough space to breathe. But then again, there were only ten shinobi to service here.
Silent footfalls heralded her arrival, toe heel, toe heel. The walk was ingrained into her now–a habit that left no creaking floorboards or a 'tak-tak' of the heeled sandals she wore. Pausing near the entrance, her eyes adjusted to the relative brightness of the area.
A snag, and sensing of chakra. Ameko flicked her gaze to two-o-clock and found a familiar face. She merely grinned as she stuffed her hands in the heavy, black coat she wore, strolling over amiably. She waved, calling out personably. "Hey, Kaeda! You're back early." A slender brow arched itself, and her eyes performed a sweeping one-over, scouting out any potential injuries. "I thought you had a mission."

A bowl of ramen was prepared quickly. Some steaming water, noodles, miso flavoring, and some mushrooms to accompany the flavor, all steeped up together. Pulling out her favorite pair of chopsticks; gray with blue kanji engrained on the side.
Seating herself comfortably she seated herself down and began to eat; slurping up the slippery noodles in her chopsticks. After a few minutes she placed her bowl away from her and smiled in satisfaction. "Ah that was good."
The soft but familiar sound of shoes stepping lightly on the pathway. Kaeda listened intently as it drew closer. Soon the familiar voice of her friend Ameko echoed in the base. Kaeda gave a curt nod to her fellow ANBU memeber. She checked her body for the scratches and quickly healed them. "Ah yeah, just got back earlier than usual is all, some people are just idiots as it turns out, yah know?" Kaeda said leaning back in her chair.
