A small smile appeared on Kazuma's face as he was able to cancel out the jutsu. Although he was still kicking himself in the ass for being unable to neutralize it before. Ah well no matter he got it now.
The young demon nodded his head then watched Minako make quick work of poison mist jutsu. He then opened up his ears to what Anko had to say about the jutsu. "Right, as you say Anko-sensei," Kazuma replied his voice sounding a bit uncaring but he wasn't planing on disobeying her.

Minako nodded her head understandingly, That makes sense she thought. Using a technique like that just to show off not only is a stupid idea, but it was also senseless to drain your chakra like that unless necessary. Minako was already a bit light headed from using it three times and only succeeding once.
"Of course Anko-sensei, I understand," she said seriously.

Anko gave both Chuunin a final measuring glance before relaxing again, "Good. In that case, off we go to camp just outside Stone Country before heading in to see about this Kaguya assasin who's targeting our Bloodlines." With this, the female Juunin rose and reclaimed her pack before jumping off into the trees again, slow enough for them to follow.

((Okay, people, just you know, my sister's accounts don't really pass off as my own. So, in other words, they don't exist.))
"It's so peaceful and quiet," the man said, walking through the country-side with a slight limp. His cloak swayed with every uneven step that he took, hiding his tattered and bloody ANBU uniform. He had no headband. It was lost back on... that day. He shook his head, but slowly. It was filled with excruciating pain, and shanking it around wouldn't help. He sighed and combed his spiky silver hair out of his soft brown eyes.
He walked past small houses, looking for a specific one. As he limped further and further, he saw the houses slowly start to get closer together. He knew what that meant.
Civilization, he thought, sighing with relief. He hadn't made contact with any human In a long while. And it was years since he was interacting with friendly people.
"Where's the house, dang it?" he was slowly becoming impatient. Maybe it was because of the loss of blood. It didn't matter to him. As long as he could rest his feet, and in his own home, that would make life so very sweet. Not just for him, but also for his family.
"Are you looking for something, sir?" the man turned to see a boy, no older than thirteen, standing there with his own pack.
"Erm, yes," the man smiled. "I'm looking for the Daidoji home. Do you, by any chance, know where it is?"
"Well, you just barely passed it." The boy turned and pointed to the house that was only about ten feet away.
"Oh, well thank you." the man made his way over to the house, wondering how long it had been since he had been gone. He raised his hand and knocked on the door.
From where he stood, he could tell that many things had changed since he had been gone: the house seemed to be a little bit brighter; the flowers were blooming very nicely; and the needed repairs must have been fixed up by someone. He sighed with exhaustion and knocked on the door again.
"Sir," the boy was still there, "that's the wrong house."
"Eh?" the man turned to the young boy. "How do you know?"
"Because I'm friends with Hikaru and Hikari."
"Oh. Well, that does help." He walked to the correct house, which seemed to like the one next to it, and knocked on the door. In only a few seconds, he could hear the door being unlocked. The doorknob turned and allowed the door to open, revealing a boy that he at first did not recognize.
"Who are you?" the 14-year old boy asked, suspicious about his costume.
"My name is Daidoji Taro." the man replied, smiling.
"Yeah, and I'm the Fifth Hokage. That's a load of bullshi-"
"Watch your mouth, young man." Taro glared at the boy. "Didn't Mom teach you not to go swearing like that?"
"Who's there, Hikari?" a woman's voice came from the background, Taro guessed from the kitchen.
"Some guy saying he's Taro, Mom." Hikari walked back into the house. A few seconds later, another boy, who Taro guessed was Hikaru, came over, looked Taro up and down and said, "Erm, forgive my prying, but why are you wearing a cloak? And if you're really my older brother, why is your hair silver?"
"Hikaru, please go back to your chores." a woman, who Taro immediately recognized her as his own mother, walked over, letting Hikaru pass her to go back to his duties. Once she turned to him, she gasped, placed her hands on her heart, and started crying. "T-Taro? Is it really you, son?"
"Yes, Mama," Taro smiled a tired smile and took his mother into a loving embrace like he always did. It was a little bit difficult to do, seeing as how every bone in him ached, and he was a good eight inches taller than her. "It's me, Mama. It's Taro."
"Oh, my boy," Taro felt his mother's arms slip around his own sides, and it stung a bit, but he got over it."Come on sweety," she smiled. "Let's go inside."
