The following Format is what is needed for you to Create an OC character.

History:
Personality:
Learned Justus (Keep it 10-15. Basic Technqiues such as Bushin, Replication, Transformatin, etc. Don't count in this list. Consult Justu Board for List of Jutsus. These Justus Can only be used OUTSIDE of the academy aka RP. If you wish to become higher in rank, in training you must start from Scratch. After your training however, Feel free to use these Justus freely (Yes I know Confusing, If you have any questions PM me, or another Mod.):
NO SIGNATURE JUTSUS FOR AN ORIGINAL CHARACTER WITHOUT A EXTREMLY REALISTIC EXCUSE. NO ARGUEMENTS..END OF STORY!

A mod MUST exept the Profile for you to start RPing, so hang tight while we take a look at it.
Take into account that you cannot create a Character from a Deceased Clan; Mainly the Uchiha. Any other Clan is open for OC's.

Kenji- Genuine sadist, and leader fo the Deadly Stone Assasination Squad.
Hanzo- Legendary left hand of Orochimaru.
Itachi Uchiha- Sole murderer of the entire Uchiha clan, and posseser of the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Kisame- Former seven swordmen, akatsuki, and wielder of the Samehada.
Ryoushi- One with the Water. |
